Foot Crush Fractures - Open Reduction and Fixation

Foot crush injuries with surgical repair using open reduction and internal fixation. Surgery steps: 1. Fractures to the distal tibia, fibula, metatarsals and phalanx; 2. Placement of three fasciotomy incisions; 3. Fixation of the distal tibia with two cannulated screws; 4. Placement of K-wires for fixation of the metatarsal fractures; and 5. Fixation hardware in place.
