Intra-operative Injury of the Lingual Nerve with Partial Anesthetization of the Tongue

Lingual Nerve Injury. This custom medical exhibit features multiple images of the face and mouth detailing the anatomy and nerves which supply the tongue. This exhibit reveals that a previous surgery resulted in post-operative nerve damage and the Anesthetization (numb and lacking taste sensation) of the right side of the tongue.
